Congratulations!! You Won!! You beat an Auburn team coached by Tuberville but recruited by Terry Bowden a/k/a/ Mighty (or is it Mickey) Mouse. We, however, lost to a superior team recruited and assembled by Coach Tuberville. He already has won with players that DA had on the bench. I, as an Auburn fan, will gladly accept and acknowledge this loss. I take comfort in the fact that Auburn, under Tuberville's leadership, in a couple of years will shine and Ole Miss, on the other hand will simply fade in the shadows of what might have been.
If you all were so high on this man, you should have padded his pockets and made it worth his while to stay. Otherwise, you should hold on to this emotional ride you're on and enjoy it for the short time that it will last. (That will not be very long). I take comfort in the fact that Auburn lost to a Tuberville team and not to a Vanderbilt team.
In the end of this all, one loss to Ole Miss is nothing to swallow when you look at the bright future that we have under this man's leadership.
It is no wonder he left. You have no class. Cheering during another school's alma mater and when another "KID" gets hurt (not to mention doing the tomahawk chop) shows just how little class you have. You need to worry about what's going on in your on backyard and stop dwelling in the past. Auburn's future looks much brighter, how about yours?
In closing, War Eagle!! Go Tubbs!! and goodnight (or is it good ridance?)
